By creating an account or using the Fire & Flow mobile application or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Fire & Flow provides a hot yoga studio experience including class scheduling, membership management, and community features through a mobile application. Our services are operated by DLO Professional Services.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 19 (the age of majority in British Columbia) require verified parent or guardian consent.
Hot yoga classes are conducted in rooms heated to approximately 95–105°F (35–40°C). You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating in hot yoga or any exercise program, particularly if you:
Fire & Flow does not provide medical advice. Participation in classes is at your own risk. If you feel unwell during a class, stop immediately, leave the heated room, hydrate, and inform the instructor.
By participating, you acknowledge that you have consulted with a healthcare provider if you have any medical conditions. You agree to accurately report any injuries or conditions through the app so instructors can ensure your safety. You must accept the liability waiver before attending your first class.
In the event of a medical emergency during a class or on studio premises, you authorize Fire & Flow staff and instructors to contact emergency medical services (911) on your behalf and to share relevant health information (including injury details and emergency contact information stored in your profile) with first responders. You also authorize us to contact your designated emergency contact or guardian.
Membership types include Program (12-week fixed slot), Flex Pass (12 credits over 12 weeks), Drop-in (single class), and Intro Pass (3-class trial valid for 30 days). All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payments are processed through Stripe. We also accept Interac e-Transfer, direct deposit, and cash at the studio.
Auto-Renewal: Program and Flex Pass memberships do not auto-renew. Each membership term must be purchased individually. If auto-renewal is introduced for any membership type in the future, we will clearly disclose the renewal period, price, and how to cancel before you are charged, and will update these terms accordingly.
Refund requests must be submitted by contacting the studio at yoga@thevalleyview.ca. Program and Flex Pass memberships may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if no classes have been attended. After 7 days or after attending any class, refunds are issued on a prorated basis at the studio's discretion. Drop-in and Intro Pass purchases are non-refundable once a class has been attended. Unused credits do not carry over past the membership expiry date.
You may cancel a class booking through the app at any time before the class begins. If a class is full, your spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. The community board allows members to voluntarily give up a class spot so another member can claim it — no payment is exchanged between members. All payments on the platform are made by users to Fire & Flow (operated by DLO Professional Services) via Stripe. Fire & Flow does not facilitate, process, or enable payments between users.

The Fire & Flow name, logo, app design, and content are the property of Fire & Flow Hot Yoga Studio and DLO Professional Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
If you opt in to photo release in your profile, you grant Fire & Flow permission to use photographs or videos taken at the studio that include your likeness for promotional purposes. You may revoke this consent at any time through the app.
Fire & Flow and DLO Professional Services are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation in yoga classes, use of the studio facilities, or use of the application, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
In the event of a dispute arising from these terms or your use of Fire & Flow services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies available under the laws of British Columbia.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account), or by contacting the studio at yoga@thevalleyview.ca.
The Fire & Flow app may be downloaded from the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
